At Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, we strive to ensure every brew meets your expectations, but please note that due to the perishable nature of coffee, we only accept returns on damaged or incorrect items. If you receive a faulty product or equipment, we are committed to providing a swift replacement or refund to maintain your coffee experience.
Return Process
- 1.Report the Issue
Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- 2.Verification Process
Our quality control team will review your request and photos to verify the claim against our shipping and roasting standards within 24 business hours.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange for a free reverse pickup of the item; please ensure the product remains in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
- 4.Resolution
Upon receiving the returned item at our roastery, we will initiate a fresh replacement shipment or process a full refund to your original payment method.
